Trainer Development

A potential client based in Kuala Lumpur got in touch today with some detailed questions about our potential proposal for structured Trainer Development activities in 2013.

Trainer Development

We’ve been invited to a discussion in two weeks’ time with a key client where we’ll be looking at a bespoke personal development opportunity for a number of their Trainers working abroad.

We’ll be using this week to prepare a discussion document containing content options and the process whereby we’ll establish their individual development needs.

Development: Training Skills & Workshop Portfolio

Trainer Skills
This week, we are finalising our preparations for the first in a series of management development workshops covering training skills for a key client’s product support managers. The Workshop will be split into two parts – two days and three days with a six-week period of consolidation between the two. The two day Workshop will look at the theory of learning (how and why people learn, why they sometimes don’t. Part two covers training delivery best practice and how to measure the success of training.

Workshop Portfolio
An established career-counselling service, based in the UK has asked us to provide a ‘one-page’ summary for each of our most sought-after workshops with a view of integrating them into their client offer. These will include: Coaching and Developing Staff; Leadership and Management; Presenting Effectively; Business Writing Skills; Assertiveness and Prioritising your Day.
