Stepping into Management – Validation Event

For the next two-days, the remaining managers-to-be that I’ve coached in people-skills over the past twelve-months for this client will be put through their paces.

They are a using series of case studies, an On-the-Job Project, knowledge tests, and a formal presentation to see how much they’ve learned and put into practice. We will also review their Action Plans and discuss their views about the training they’ve received to date.

A full-on couple of days – but SO essential  to assess their change in performance.

There’s a sense of sadness for this event, in that the client has re-thought their approach to this sort of training & development – and this will be the last event of its kind, ever.

Workshop: Stepping into Management – Foundation

Target audience: Those new to the role of manager or those who have had no formal training as managers

Audience size: 7

Duration: Two days

This Workshop, is the first of a series (of thirteen) delivered over the next fifteen months. The series designed to equip managers with the knowledge and skills to be even more effective in their role. We are responsible for delivering nine modules in the series – these include:

The majority of the Workshops are two-days in duration, are highly interactive, and include formal action-planning at the end of each module.

Delegates are set pre and post-course work for each Module and they will be formally assessed in March 2012.
