We continued our series of personal one-to-one coaching sessions today with an experienced manager. The topic covered was ‘Getting the most from your day’ and focused on:

Assessing personal key result areas
Analysis of their week-long detailed ‘activity log’
Reviewing two popular ‘prioritising models’

The session concluded with a personal action plan.
