This is the first module (of twelve) running approximately each month giving managers-to-be an essential grounding in a wide range of management and people skills. The majority of the Workshops are classroom based with some post-course activity supported by personal action plans. Additionally, we have assisted in the development of a range of web-based learning packages to complement the class-room activity.

In April 2012, delegates are required to attend a full two-day assessment process that requires demonstration of knowledge, skills and behaviours covered during the preceding 12 months. Delegates are also required to complete a case study and the present-back the results of a work-based assignment.
