We’re once again working with Rapport Training to deliver a series of bespoke development workshops in quarter 4 for Morgan Est’s trainee managers. We are in the final stages of design and the first workshop will be delivered in a few weeks’ time.

This two-day module will feature a mix of theory and practical tips on how to handle situations in a more assertive manner. The workshop is part of a series designed to further grow their future management from within the business.
