Final Event for 2009

We’ve just had a meeting with a key client that sets the scene and the tone for our involvement with them in 2010 and partially into 2011.

This now concludes our business activities for 2009. It’s been a busy year, especially Q3 (September, October, November) where the figures show, it’s been our busiest period since we started in 1989.

I flew to Sweden to meet with senior representatives of VCE’s training and competence division. We are looking to develop the Trainer Development Workshops for a larger and wider audience.


Workshop Design: Working Together Assertively

We’re once again working with Rapport Training to deliver a series of bespoke development workshops in quarter 4 for Morgan Est’s trainee managers. We are in the final stages of design and the first workshop will be delivered in a few weeks’ time.

This two-day module will feature a mix of theory and practical tips on how to handle situations in a more assertive manner. The workshop is part of a series designed to further grow their future management from within the business.
