I flew to Sweden to meet with senior representatives of VCE’s training and competence division. We are looking to develop the Trainer Development Workshops for a larger and wider audience.
We’re once again working with Rapport Training to deliver a series of bespoke development workshops in quarter 4 for Morgan Est’s trainee managers. We are in the final stages of design and the first workshop will be delivered in a few weeks’ time.
This two-day module will feature a mix of theory and practical tips on how to handle situations in a more assertive manner. The workshop is part of a series designed to further grow their future management from within the business.

We’re spending two to three days designing the content for VCE’s second Module ‘Delivering Effective Training’. This will run during the last week in October in Munich. The delegate feedback has just arrivedĀ from the client regarding module 1 and that will help us fine-tune the content and delivery style.
